Dave Lekwa

I joined the carpenter’s union in 1999 and couldn’t be happier with the people I get to work with everyday here at HRTLND Companies. They treat everyone great, you always get the tools you need, and the office is always ready to jump in and help with anything you need. Outside of work, I love anything to do with sports and hiking. If I could go to Colorado and hike every year, I would! I also love coaching and as of right now (2024), I will be entering my 5th season as the Head Football Coach at Columbus Community High School. Coaching the student athletes of my community is something I have become incredibly passionate about.

Our field family is made up of building professionals with expertise in providing solutions in the trades of carpentry, plaster, painting, and finishing across the commercial construction industry. Their skills, knowledge, and craftsmanship allow us to provide the highest caliber of commercial construction services available in Iowa.
