Ben Cosgrove

I grew up in Cedar Rapids and graduated from Jefferson High School before studying Business at Kirkwood Community College. Over the past 30 years, I’ve built my career in warehouse operations, quality control, and team leadership. Along the way, I’ve completed OSCA Safe Training, earned certification as a Forklift Instructor, and served as a Quality Control Manager.

Outside of work, I’m a proud member and legionnaire of the Moose Fraternity, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting children and families in need. I’m also the father of two daughters, Allegra (17) and Madeline (9), who keep life interesting and rewarding.

When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me exploring culinary arts, aviation, motorcycles, history, or anything science-related. And at the end of the day, I appreciate good conversation and a nice glass of bourbon.
