Ziggy

Hello, I’m Ziggy, HRTLND’s Director of Naps and Security. As a 5-year-old orange tabby, I take both responsibilities very seriously.  Whether I’m conducting quality control on office chairs, monitoring sunbeam locations throughout the building, or attending important meetings (usually while asleep), I make sure everything runs smoothly around here.

I am known for being social, vocal, and just a little demanding.  If I think it’s time for attention, treats, or pets, you’ll know about it.  And if you stop giving me attention before I’ve decided we’re done, there’s a good chance you’ll receive a gentle reminder in the form of an ankle bite as you walk away.

When I’m not busy supervising employees, I enjoy helping with emails by strategically placing myself on keyboards and ensuring nobody works too hard.  I also enjoy a good game of hide-and-seek and can often be found tucked away in unexpected places around the office.

My favorite treats are Greenies, my favorite activity is napping, and my favorite part about working at HRTLND is having an endless supply of chairs to sleep on. While others may think I’m relaxing, I’m actually keeping a close eye on office operations from the comfort of my latest nap location.

It’s a tough job, but somebody has to do it.
