You’ll be the boots-on-the-ground leader who keeps projects moving, crews accountable, and jobs done right the first time. If you’ve worked with industrial coatings, know how to run a team, and don’t mind getting your hands dirty when needed—this is your shot.

Location: Cedar Rapids and surrounding areas

Top Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee industrial painting and coatings crews
  • Plan daily tasks, assign responsibilities, and maintain job site efficiency
  • Communicate clearly with clients, project managers, and team members
  • Ensure safety compliance and job site cleanliness
  • Maintain supply needs and equipment readiness
  • Solve problems on the fly and keep the schedule tight
