PROJECT MANAGER – HEARTLAND DOOR & FRAME

Dustin Gordinier is a Project Manager with 13 years of hands-on experience in residential construction, specializing in custom homebuilding. After studying Business Management at Kirkwood Community College, Dustin went on to build and operate his own construction company, where he spent years honing his craft in interior trim work before expanding into full-scale custom homes.

His background as a business owner gives him a practical, solutions-focused approach to project management, with a strong emphasis on quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and delivering a finished product that meets both client expectations and high construction standards. Dustin is experienced in guiding projects from initial planning through final completion, ensuring each home is built with attention to detail at every stage.

Outside of work, Dustin enjoys hunting, fishing, and golfing, and values time spent with his family. He and his wife have been together since 2011 and are proud parents of two daughters.
