Neal Kloberdanz

I have been with Heartland for 13 years and the local union for 24 years. My wife Heather and I live in Indianola and I have 8 kids, Nathan, Troy, Kaleb, Neal Jr., Hailey, Caleb, Noah, and Haiden.

I like working with the people at Heartland.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my kids and going to the movies with my wife. Something people might not know about me is that I like to build computers.

Our field family is made up of building professionals with expertise in providing solutions in the trades of carpentry, plaster, painting, and finishing across the commercial construction industry. Their skills, knowledge, and craftsmanship allow us to provide the highest caliber of commercial construction services available in Iowa.

Heartland was founded on hardworking Midwestern values in 2002, and since then, we’ve grown to become one of Iowa’s premier finishing subcontractors.
