Jeff Lekwa

I started my career working a few short stints after getting my Associates in Construction Technology. Eventually, I landed at CR Walls and worked for Mickey Stuefen for over 20 years before joining him again at HRTLND’s EIA location in Cedar Rapids.

I live in a small town in Eastern Iowa called Columbus Junction and have been a carpenter with the local union since 1995. I love fishing the Iowa River close to home and am an avid softball player. I also am a volunteer fireman

When asked what I like most about working for HRTLND, it’s the laid back atmosphere that comes to mind. They let me do my job and trust the decades of experience I have.
