Rich Osborne

I am 41 years old and have been with Heartland for 16 years and in the local union for 23 years. My wife Catina and I live in South Des Moines.

I love Heartland in the way that there are good guys everywhere! The people in the office and in the field are great and easy to work with.

Outside of work I enjoy fishing, riding my motorcycle, going on vacation to Mexico every year, and doing personal projects. Many people don’t know that I was recently married in March of this year.

Our field family is made up of building professionals with expertise in providing solutions in the trades of carpentry, plaster, painting, and finishing across the commercial construction industry. Their skills, knowledge, and craftsmanship allow us to provide the highest caliber of commercial construction services available in Iowa.

Heartland was founded on hardworking Midwestern values in 2002, and since then, we’ve grown to become one of Iowa’s premier finishing subcontractors.
